Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I request access to correspondence, meeting notes, reports, and communications from 1 January 2021 to the present concerning contacts between Member State diplomatic representatives and tobacco companies (including BAT and PMI) related to harm reduction products and debates on taxation or regulation within the EU.

I would like the search to cover the period from 1 January 2021 to the present.

If parts of the requested documents are covered by exceptions under Regulation 1049/2001, I kindly ask for partial access to be granted to the remaining parts. I am also open to receiving the documents in electronic format.
