Request for documents on weather modification activities over European skies (Regulation 1049/2001)
Dear Environment,
Pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and Article 15 TFEU, I hereby request access to all documents (including but not limited to reports, studies, contracts, emails, meeting minutes, funding decisions, or correspondence) that relate to:Any weather modification, cloud seeding, or atmospheric aerosol injection activities (research, pilot projects, or operational programmes) conducted, funded, authorised, or monitored by the EU over the territory of the European Union or its airspace from 1 January 2010 to the present day.
Any EU-level assessments, risk evaluations, or legal opinions concerning the environmental, health, or cross-border impacts of such activities.
Any communications (including with Member States, EASA, EEA, or third countries) regarding proposals, permissions, or prohibitions of weather modification techniques above Europe.
If no such activities exist, please provide the official statement or search report confirming the absence of records.Preferred format: electronic (PDF) via email.
