Request for Information on Ombudsman Cases Involving Access Info Europe
Access Info Europe made this access to documents request to European Ombudsman
Dear European Ombudsman,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU Treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents containing the following information concerning the period between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2020:
- all cases registered during that period in which Access Info Europe was the complainant, indicating for each, where possible, the case number, the institution concerned, the subject matter and the year;
- all cases in which Access Info Europe acted as a co-complainant, joint complainant or representative of another complainant, for example alongside individual requesters, academic legal clinics, Members of the European Parliament or partner organisations;
This request does not seek the creation of new documents, but access to existing documents that allow the identification of all cases in which Access Info Europe participated in any of the capacities described above.
