Request for internal note presented at April 14th 2025 meeting on stablecoins

I am a journalist at Les Échos, a leading French financial newspaper.
Pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public access to EU institution documents, I would like to request access to any internal note, presentation or analysis exchanged or presented during the meeting reportedly held on April 14th 2025 between representatives of the European Commission and the European Central Bank.
According to a recent article in Politico Europe (link), this meeting included the discussion of a note raising concerns over the growing impact of US dollar-backed stablecoins and the implications for financial stability and EU monetary sovereignty.
If a full version of the document cannot be released, I kindly request access to any redacted, non-confidential or summary version.
