Request written pleadings
Dear Legal Service,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the written pleadings by the parties specified below in the following cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union:
• Case C-138/13 Dogan: Naime Dogan (1), the Danish Government (2), the Netherlands Government (3), the Austrian Government (4).
• Case C-579/13 P. & S.: P & S (1), the Portuguese Government (2).
• Case C-153/14 K. & A.: K (1), A (2),the German Government (3), the Austrian Government (4).
• Case C-561/14 Genc: Mr Genc (1), the Austrian Government (2).
• Joined Cases C-443/14 and C-444/14 Alo & Osso: Mr Alo (1), Mr Osso (2), the Greek Government (3).
I would like to receive the English version, if there is no English version then the original language version in case that language is Dutch or German. If not, the French version.

Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European
Parliament, Council and Commission documents (OJ L 145, 31.05.2001, page
43).
