Requesting all aerial surveillance detections (FSA sightings) by Frontex in the Central Mediterranean on 24 August and 26 September 2025.
Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. All FSA (Flight Surveillance Activity) sightings, alerts or detections in the Central Mediterranean on:
– 24 August 2025
– 26 September 2025
For each sighting, please provide:
-timestamp
-GPS coordinates
-type of Frontex asset (aircraft or UAV)
-callsign or asset identifier
-recipients of the alert (JRCC Tripoli, IT MRCC, MT MRCC, NGO vessels, etc.)
I request these documents in digital form.
