Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting information regarding the 2016 Europa Forum Lech:
- all communications with external organisations participating in, or invited to, the 2016 Europa Forum Lech, specifically all email and written correspondence with invitees about the event, and all email and written correspondence with the speakers and contributors at the event
- all presentations made at the 2016 Europa Forum Lech and any minutes or meeting reports from the event
- a list of all Commission officials who attended
- all email and written correspondence with external organisations sponsoring or funding the 2016 Europa Forum Lech or attendance at it, and a note of all external contributions to the costs of 2016 Europa Forum Lech
- a note of the full costs to the Commission of organising and attending the 2016 Europa Forum Lech (excluding staff time)
