Revolving doors for judges serving at EU Courts

Waiting for an internal review by Court of Justice of the European Union of their handling of this request.

Dear European Court of Justice,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. All information and documents related to paid job of Mr Judge Tagaras as mentioned in this link http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/tende...

2. All information and documents revealing the agreement (permission) given by the Council to Mr Judge Tagaras in light with the provision of this Statue http://curia.europa.eu/jcms/upload/docs/... , notably article 4.

3. Contract of Mr Judge Tagaras drawn up with Fundamental Rights Agency Vienna, Austria and the signed version of purchase orders not signed, as listed by FRA in its reply of 5 July 2013 published in AsktheEU website. Information if there is about a partnership agreement concluded between Mr Judge Tagaras and Alber and Geiger EU Firm. From the link where FRA posted its reply is not clear, because Framework contract for legal services is not revealed.

4. Information about the current status ( work relations ) of Mr Judge Tagaras with FRA or any other organization, institution, company etc, and if applicable, the moment of ceasing activities at FRA, in light with the Council decision of 22 April 2013 drawing up a list of three temporary Judges for the Civil Service Tribunal, accessible from here http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexU...

Yours faithfully,

Mariano Delgado
