Rights of the adult children of eu citizens
Dear European Economic and Social Committee,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Do children have the possibility to apply for the EU citizenship or permission for living if they are not a citizens of a eu country but one of their parents has the citizenship of Italy.
