Dear Human Resources and Security,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents containing recommendations or instructions to Commission staff regarding taking minutes of meetings with stakeholders. This is meant to include guidelines for staff, training material for new personnel, as well as any documents on proper conduct of meetings with external stakeholders.
