Samsom notifications article 12b staff regulations

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All documents, including but not limited to e-mails, letters, notes, forms, related to any request by cabinet member Diederik Samsom to engage in any outside activity, dated 1 January 2023 until 24 January 2024. This should include any requests/notifications made under Article 12b of the EU staff regulations, any assessments by the Appointing Authority, and its potential permission(s). And it should include any notifications on post-employment occupational activity made under Article 16 of the EU staff regulations, any assessments by the Appointing Authority, and its potential permission(s).
Only digital copies are required, please consider the environment by not sending me any physical mail.

Dear Mr Teffer,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 25 January 2024 under case number 2024/0438.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 15 February 2024.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
