Dear Mr Roth,
contrary to what was indicated in our email of 20 January 2022, your request entitled "access to
documents request - SDPC, DPA and TIA for the use of personal data processing software by the
European Council" wil be treated as a request for access to documents under Regulation
1049/2001.
It has therefore been registered as such on 20 January 2022, date on which you submit ed your
request. This means that the deadline to reply to that request expires today. Given that the
General Secretariat is stil conducting internal consultations that are necessary for the examination
of your request, we have decided to extend the deadline to reply to your request by 15 working
days, i.e. until 3 March
2022.1
