Securitisation regulations lobby contacts
Dear Permanent Representation of UK to the EU,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I would like to request all emails, letters, briefing papers, between the following lobby organisations and the UK Government (including via its Permanent Representation in Brussels), and all agendas and minutes of meetings which included the following lobby organisations on "Common rules on securitisation and creating a European framework for simple, transparent and standardised securitisation" and "the proposal amending Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms".

Thank you for your latest reply. We will treat this as a request for information from the UK Permanent Representation (UKREP) under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). If you would like other parts of the UK government to run searches of their files in parallel then I would be grateful if you could write to the relevant department(s) directly.
In order for us to be able to assist you with your request and best direct any search please could you specify a particular timeframe for the information you are seeking?
Once we receive your revised request we will consider it and will take the appropriate course of action.
