Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

International Seminar for Central and Eastern Europe on the "Application of the Convention on the Rights of the Child: alternative care for children who have been abandoned or are at high risk of abandonment", held at Sofia from 28 September to 2 October 1992 under the sponsorship of UNICEF, the International Social Service, the Defense for Children International Movement, the Bureau international catholique de l'enfance, and the Bulgarian National Committee for UNICEF.

Archives service as it concerns documents older than 30 years.
Unfortunately we haven't been able to retrieve the requested document as
the European Commission wasn't a stakeholder.
