Sending back Afghan refugees

We're waiting for Jasmijn Boeken to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All information regarding the decision to send back Afghan refugees. I already have the Joint Way Forward on migration issues rapport. But I would like to have more information about the decisionmaking process regarding this topic.

Yours faithfully,

Jasmijn Boeken
