I am writing to follow up on my access to documents request (case number 2026/1308), submitted on 3 March 2026 and registered the same day.
As indicated in your acknowledgment, the statutory 15‑working‑day deadline expired on 24 March 2026.
Today is 1 April 2026, and I have not yet received the requested documents nor any notification regarding an extension of the deadline.
I kindly request an update on the status of my request and would appreciate receiving the documents without further delay, in line with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
