SG submission to VP

Dear Home Affairs (HOME), Mme Vice-President Reding

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Mme Secretary General granted me access to information related to potential fraud at European Commission and European Agency for Fundamental Rights` contractor (Danish Institute for Human Rights), through this letter

According to SG`s letter, the information about potential fraud at Commission and FRA`s Contractor (DIHR) was transmitted to you. I am writing to obtain further information related to point 2 of SG`s letter.
1. What measures were taken by you or by your services to check the existence of potential fraud at FRA(DIHR). I would like to access any documents related to this question.
2. Any reports, findings, notes by Commission Internal Audit Service related to the potential fraud issue (after the date of SG submissions to you).
3. Correspondence between you or your services with FRA Director Morten Kjærum on the subject of potential fraud (after the date of SG submissions to you).
4. If 1,2, 3 above is not applicable, I request access to the archiving document (where is archived SG submissions – DJUST, CAB).
I sent one similar request on 6.03. but it has been posted in wrong place (SG).
