Dear European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Details of the names, functions and or titles of Spanish officials that have been found guilty by OLAF of either fraud or misconduct; and details of the specific remedies taken.

Many thanks.

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours faithfully,

Pam Bartlett Quintanilla

Dear European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF),

I am writing to complain that you have not acknowledged or answered my access to documents request made under Regulation 1049/2001 on 17 July 2012.

As an EU office you are legally required to respond to access to documents requests within 15 working days. While it is the holiday period and it is understandable that some delay may take place, this must be made known to the requester, particularly if an extension of the deadline is required.

I kindly ask you to please acknowledge receipt of this request and to respond to it as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Pam Bartlett Quintanilla
