Confirmatory requests for access to documents  (your e-mail of 6 February
sent to OIB INFO) are the responsibility of the Secretariat-General.

However, as previously mentioned, we would like to point out that the web
site you used to place your request [2]www.asktheeu.org is not an official

Dear Ms. Precedenti,

We revert to the content of our e-mail of 9 June 2022.

As previously mentioned, the relevant department for access to documents
within the Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels, namely the
Logistics and Services department, was not aware of your initial request
(December 2021), which explains why your request did not receive any
response at that time.

Nevertheless, our reply of June 9, 2022 could lead you to believe that we
would not be accepting requests through channels such as “AsktheEu.Org”
website. Please be aware that our purpose was to specify that in order for
you to be sure that your request is properly handled (without any possible
loss), it is advisable to introduce it via an official channel, namely:
[1]https://ec.europa.eu/transparency/regdoc....

We wanted therefore to apologise for any potential misunderstanding.

In any case, be reassured that you will receive a reply on the substance
of your request soon.

Kind regards
