Dear Secretariat General,
Thanks. In case formal 'declaraton of interest' do not exist for special advisers, I will be pleased to receive all 'statements of assurance' and 'declarations of activities'.

Dear Ms Cann,
By mail dated 13 May 2015, you requested access to documents concerning
Special Advisers of the Commission.
This request will be dealt with as quickly as possible. However, in view
of the specific nature of the documents requested, which contain personal
data within the meaning of Article 2(a) of Regulation No 45/2001, we have
to consult the Special Advisers concerned before deciding on the request.
For this reason, we have to extend the period for the reply by another
period of three weeks, in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation No
1049/2001.
Thank you very much for your understanding,
Martine Lévêque
Head of Unit HR.A.2
Dear Ms Cann,
We refer to your e-mail dated 13 May 2015 in which you make a request for
access to documents. This e-mail was registered on the same date under the
above-mentioned reference number.
Since the documents to which you have requested access contain personal
data within the meaning of Article 2(a) of Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of
the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000 on the
protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data
by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such
data, we had to consult all Special Advisers of the Commission about your
request. Until now, we have received 31 replies.
We enclose copies of the latest versions of the declarations of activities
and statements of assurance concerning those Special Advisers who have
agreed to the disclosure of the documents. The documents concerning Mr
Stoiber and Mr Frydman are not attached since they have already been
transmitted to CEO.
We will still wait for another fortnight for further replies from the
Special Advisers. You will receive a complementary reply by 14 July 2015.
Yours sincerely,
Martine LEVEQUE
Head of Unit HR.A.2
Dear Secretariat General,
Thanks for the info already sent. The files relating to Van-Midddelaar, Winand and Van-Oranje did not work; the PDFs were 0kb. I wonder if you could resend those please?
Thanks in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Vicky Cann
