Hello,

Please find attached a message concerning your request for access to
Commission documents registered under the above case number 2023/3819.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this message by return email.
Kind regards,

Dear Defence Industry and Space,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'SPIDER project'.

The only document you agreed to share with me (EDF call for proposals) was already publicly available. I was hoping to gain additional information about the project, and I believe you could send me redacted versions of the documents you identified in your initial reply (such as the various grant agreements) while safeguarding public security and the defence and military matters, commercial interests and the institution's decision-making process.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/spide...

Yours faithfully,

Antoine Hasday
