Dear European Central Bank,

I am requesting further information regarding the latest staff committee election at the ECB.

Please provide the following information:

- Copies of any notices sent to staff after the election results were finalised.
- Details of any spending on any third parties, for example reputational or legal advisers, made by the ECB in relation to the election.
- Minutes of any board discussions in which the election is referenced.
- The nature of the sanction imposed on Jan Kuchta regarding his campaign materials.
- Whether Mr Kuchta remains an employee of the ECB.
