results of the staff surveys conduted at your institution in 2017 and 2019. Please include all the questions included in the surveys and the corresponding results. Please include the name of the independent contractor that conducted the surveys on your behalf (if any). At this stage you do not need to include any further details on the methodology adopted to conduct the surveys. Details around the methodology will possibly be the subject of a further request later on.
