Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting further information on the ECB's so-called 3-5-8 working plan.

Please provide the following:

- Copies of any research that was conducted by the ECB into such a scheme before it was introduced.
- Copies of any and all meeting minutes where the scheme has been discussed.
- The average length of tenure, by grade, for ECB staff in their current positions.
- The current average length of secondment taken by ECB staff, and the proportion of staff who do not return to the ECB after their secondment.
- By month since it was introduced, the number of internal CVs posted on the ECB's internal portal, and the number of jobs switched as a result.
- The projected increase in employee turnover as a result of the 3-5-8 policy and the number of projected redundancies that may take place.
