Stakeholder consultations on AI guidelines

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents or documents which contain the following information:

Documents related to the targeted stakeholders consultation process on the future guidelines on the AI system definition and the implementation of AI practices that pose unacceptable risks under the AI Act that closed 11 December 2024. Information on this consultation process https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en.... Specifically, I request access to the documents that include the answers (submissions) sent by the following stakeholder groups to the consultation call in document categories: (1) Submissions from “civil society” and (2) Submissions from “other entities” (with this I mean entities OTHER than civil society, academia, public authorities, citizens, deployers of an AI system, providers of an AI system, and other industry organizations).

We refer to your request for access to documents registered under the
reference number 2025/2050.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
