State aid and affordable housing
Dear Competition,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following information related to the June 26 meeting on state aid in affordable housing:
- All minutes, agendas, summary, memos and any other reports of these meetings, issued both in preparation and after the meetings took place.
- A list of attendance or at least the number of attendees and where they were from.
- All correspondence including attachments (including, but not limited to any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) and follow-ups exchanged between participants of this meeting.
- Any planning for future meetings.
- All documents prepared for the meetings and exchanged in the course of the meetings.

Dear Ms Gennet,
We are writing to you concerning your request for access to Commission
documents registered on 3 July 2024 under number 2024/3518.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 24 July 2024.
Indeed, the application concerns a very large number of documents and
large files have to be examined. Also, some of the requested documents
originate from third parties, which have been consulted.
