Dear Madam,

We refer to e-mail dated 13/02/2018 in which you make a request for access
to documents, registered on 15/02/2018 under the above mentioned reference
number.

The information you request is either available on public websites (Open
data platform for aggregated data, managed by DG REGIO, on the basis of
data provided by Member States) or on the national portals maintained by
national managing authorities from the relevant countries to have detailed
information for each and every project as well as on the published
beneficiary lists. Please note that the commission does not have the
disaggregated information by project.

You can start by exploring the statistical aggregated data in the  open
data platform ([1]https://cohesiondata.ec.europa.eu/) . For energy,
consult the section on low carbon economy
([2]https://cohesiondata.ec.europa.eu/themes...).

For aggregated data on energy, you might find interesting to consult
aggregated results broken down by categories of intervention:
[3]https://cohesiondata.ec.europa.eu/EU-Lev...
then choose “planned vs implemented”. For the latter, the data will be
updated by end April 2018.

You can access to these lists via the following website:
[4]http://ec.europa.eu/regional_policy/en/a.... It will
direct you to the national databases.

Please find below the links to the national portals for Bulgaria and
Romania.

-          BG: , the public databases for 2007-2013 period
([5]http://umispublic.government.bg/opOperat...  ) and for
2014-2020 period ([6]http://2020.eufunds.bg/en ), both  managed by the
Bulgarian authorities

-          RO: You can access the databases 2014-2020 or 2007-2013 via
[7]http://www.fonduri-ue.ro/ . For the Regional OP (mainly energy
efficiency and urban mobility) you can also see here:
