Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) Data on seized and frozen property and assets in accordance with the (EU) No 284/2014 of 21 March (concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine) since 2014.

Please send the data broken down by country of seizure.

Unless otherwise prohibited by law, please send data with the name of the original owner of the seized or frozen assets.

2) Data on seized and frozen property and assets in accordance with the (EU) 2022/408 of 10 March 2022, (EU) 2022/658, (EU) 2022/878 and (EU) 2022/1270 since those pieces of legislation have been implemented.

Please send the data broken down by country of seizure.

Unless otherwise prohibited by law, please send data with the name of the original owner of the seized or frozen assets.

3) Please provide the data tables on the freezing of assets in the mentioned categories and seizure operations carried out by the Hungarian government and the country’s authorities since 2015.
