Dear Madam/Sir at DG ENV,

With reference to access to documents under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents (OJ L 145, 31.05.2001) we kindly request an update on the current status of our complaint on breach of the EU law filed on 30/09/2024, which has been registered as a complaint under reference number CPLT(2024)02327.

We have repeatedly asked the EUROPEAN COMMISSION, DG Environment, via e-mail EC-CPLT-ENV[at]ec.europa.eu for update, but have not received any response.
