Strategic Dialogue on Agriculture 25 January 2024
Dear Sir/Madam,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and Regulation 1367/2006, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documents - including but not limited to invitations, attendance sheets, minutes, (hand-written) notes, reports, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, e-mails, letters, and presentations regarding the first meeting of the Strategic Dialogue on Agriculture, which took place on 25 January 2024.
Since the information might at least partly also concern "activities affecting or likely to affect" the "state of the elements of the environment", I believe Regulation 1367/2006 applies.
Should you encounter any difficulties in interpreting or processing my request, I am ready to discuss ways to clarify or amend it to keep the effort required on your part to the necessary minimum.
Please send me an acknowledgement of receipt for this request, as foreseen by Article 7 (1) of Regulation 1049/2001. I would appreciate it if you could send a list of documents that correspond to my request. Please note I prefer to receive the documents in digital format, not by physical mail.

Dear Agriculture and Rural Development,
I have received the documents for my request about the strategic dialogue on agriculture (case number
2024/0822.), for which I'd like to thank you.
However, I think you have only sent me a small part of the documents. I originally requested: 'documents, including but not limited to invitations, attendance sheets, minutes, (hand-written) notes, reports, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, e-mails, letters, and presentation'. You have however only sent me 1 discussion paper, an attendance sheet, invitations and a handful of letters by organisations that were not invited.
Replies to the invitations are missing, as well as minutes, conclusions, background papers, (de)briefings, presentations, conclusions. I kindly request you do to an internal review to look for additional documents.
