Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as
developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which
contain the following information:

the European Parliament using the subsidy available to visitors (as
described here:
http://www.europarl.org.uk/en/about_us/v...).
Please provide the total since 22 May 2014. Please provide the
number of visitors for each MEP separately.
2) The total cost of the subsidy for visitors to the European
Parliament for each MEP.
Please provide the total cost (in €) since 22 May 2014. Please
provide the subsidy used by each MEP separately.
I understand the above information was published on December 02, but please provide the information to the most recent date possible.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Smith,
The Citizens’ Enquiries Unit of the European Parliament has been asked to
reply to your request for information concerning an updated list of the
numbers of subsidised visitors hosted by UK MEPs since May 2014.
We would inform you that the number of visitors Members from the UK
sponsored from 22 May 2014 to date, as well as the subsidy received by the
respective groups, is set out in the enclosed table. This list is
exhaustive, in other words it includes all visits for which the groups
received a subsidy in the given period of time. If a Member is not listed,
this means that he/she did not sponsor a visit for this period.
We thank you for your interest in the European Parliament.
Yours sincerely,
Citizens' Enquiries Unit
