Currently waiting for a response from Climate Action, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. A list of all meetings/ discussions that have taken place since Jan 1st, 2023, between representatives of DG CLIMA, including members of cabinet, and representatives of Fuels Europe, or with PR companies or law firms representing Fuels Europe.
2. Any records, minutes or notes (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings, and minutes/notes) of these meetings/discussions.
3. Any briefings or other documents prepared for these meetings.
4. All correspondence exchanged since January 1st 2023 (including SMS & any other type of messages processed through phone apps - e.g., WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram etc, recorded voice messages, emails, letters and attached documents) between representatives of DG CLIMA, including members of cabinet, and representatives of Fuels Europe, or with PR companies or law firms representing Fuels Europe.

In consideration of the environment, I would prefer to receive documents electronically, if possible.

I would like to make clear I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis. At no point should the Commission's search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within fifteen business days, according to the regulation.

Yours faithfully,

Ron Broeders
