I can confirm that I am so far receiving your messages for this specific request via AsktheEU without issue, as delivery seems to be working it is fine for this request if you just reply via AsktheEU if it is simpler.
However, for a different, previous request I still have not received further information from you regarding my confirmatory application or even a confirmation of receipt, I'm unsure whether this is due to a delivery issue: EASE 2023/0839 ( https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/impl... ). You were asked to reply by the European Ombudsman at latest by March 22nd.
