Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like to receive the completed 123 surveys that were submitted during the Targeted Stakeholder Survey in the period 28 June 2022 – 05 September 2022 in the context
of the impact assessment (IA) of legislation for plants produced by certain new genomic
techniques (NGTs). I found the report and summaries on these surveys, but not the exact submitted files, the way it was put up for the consultations conducted in 2020 (https://food.ec.europa.eu/plants/genetic...). In case there is a website like the one I mention in the brackets, I would be grateful for a cue, otherwise I would like to receive the aforementioned survey replies electronically, preferably in pdf.

It is unfortunate that this request is taking such a long time, especially given the fact that the contributions to the NGT Stakeholder Survey were compiled in a report, leading me to believe that it should be rather straightforward to share them. If there are concerns regarding sensitive information, could you please provide me with the list of participants (both invited and respondents) in the survey, rather than the entire responses? As this is part of my research for my Master's studies, prompt responses would be greatly appreciated. Due to the time constraints imposed by these delays, I am narrowing down the scope of my research, so a simple list would also be beneficial. Thanks in advance.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Survey Replies NGT'.

It is unfortunate that this request is taking such a long time, especially considering that the contributions to the NGT Stakeholder Survey I am inquiring about were already compiled in a published report. While I understand concerns regarding sensitive information, I attempted to simplify the request by asking for only the list of participants (both invited and respondents) in the survey, rather than the entire responses. As this is part of my research for my Master's studies, prompt responses would be greatly appreciated.
