Dear JUST ACCES DOCUMENTS,
I am writing with regards to my access to documents request “Tech industry lobby meetings with the cabinet of Commissioner McGrath” (26/05/2025 and registered on 26/05/2025 under the case number 2025/2853). In mid-July, the Commission informed me that “internal discussions required to process it have taken longer than expected, but we are making every effort to finalize everything as soon as possible".
Since then I have not received any further updates, the timelines under Regulation 1049/2001 have long passed, and your message mid-July failed to indicate a new deadline for responding. It therefore feels like my access to documents request is currently in limbo. I would appreciate an internal review and a swift indication regarding when I will receive a substantive response to my request.
Yours faithfully,
Olivier Hoedeman
