Tech meetings DG Environment
Dear Environment,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents related to the following meetings with DG Environment:
- Meeting with Google on 13/01/26 on Water Resilience Strategy and current state of play of roll-out of actions;
- Meeting with Google on 16/06/25 on data centers, Google's sustainable water management practices and the Water Resilience Strategy;
- Meeting with Microsoft on 29/10/25 on the environmental omnibus and permitting.
These documents should include:
- all agendas for each of these meetings;
- minutes of the aforementioned meetings (excluding the summary minutes already in the public domain);
- documents prepared or received for the purpose of these meetings and/or distributed among the attendees before or during the course of these meetings
- all correspondence sent or received in preparation for these meetings and/or in order to arrange these meetings, including all attachments;
- all documents prepared or received with regards to and/or as a follow up to these meetings;
- all correspondence sent or received with regards to and/or as a follow up to these meetings, including all attachments.
