We refer to your email of 8 August 2022 in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered on the same day under the above-mentioned reference number.
You request access to
“all information held by the cabinet of Commissioner Johansson
and/or DG HOME concerning the existence of technologies for the detection of new child
sexual abuse material that has a demonstrated accuracy rate above 90% and/or whose
precision rate can be set at 99.9%. This includes information related to the preparation
of the blog post in questions, including early drafts and discussions thereof”.

blog post in question, is included in the impact assessment1 where sources are quoted
accordingly:
