Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- Any mention of the compliance of Telegram with the TCO Regulation as part of the ongoing dialogue with member states, including as part of the ongoing evaluation of the Regulation
