Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting a letter or e-mail sent by DG HR to directors regarding risks associated with the increase of teleworking days from 10 to 40 days through Commission Decision 2021/1760. I also wish to obtain any reply received by DG HR to the missive.
