Dear INTPA,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
With regards to the following tender awarded by INTPA:
1) 126719-2024 ‘CLIMATE CHANGE, SUSTAINABLE ENERGY, NUCLEAR SAFETY’
I am requesting:
- Any Terms of Reference signed by contractors as part of the above-mentioned tender;
- Any study, report, analysis and document prepared by the contractors as part of the above-mentioned tenders;
- Notes and/or minutes of any meeting between the contractors and INTPA, in relation to the above-mentioned project;
- Correspondence in relation to the above-mentioned projects between INTPA and the contractors
- List of subcontractors involved in the above-mentioned projects.
- Any document containing a full list of the above-mentioned project deliverables
- Conflict of interests assessments and/or declarations performed and/or submitted by contractors and/or subcontractors as part of the above-mentioned projects.

For each of the 20 projects you have listed, could I instead receive only the Terms of Reference document for each project, and no other documentation. If I have additional questions I will file a separate FOI request looking at a specific project.

Commission documents for case 2025/1391 registered on 5 June 2025.

not yet been able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full
