Tender for Study on competition for land use and sustainable farming

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
With regards to the following tenders awarded by DG AGRI:
1) SI2.901321.1 and SI2.901321.2 both named: "STUDY ON COMPETITION FOR LAND USE AND SUSTAINABLE FARMING"
I am requesting:
- Any Terms of Reference signed by contractors as part of the above-mentioned tenders;
- Any study, report, analysis and document prepared by the contractors as part of the above-mentioned tenders;
- Notes and/or minutes of any meeting between the contractors and DG AGRI, in relation to the above-mentioned project;
- Correspondence in relation to the above-mentioned projects between DG AGRI and the contractors
- List of subcontractors involved in the above-mentioned projects.
- Any document containing a full list of the above-mentioned project deliverables
- Conflict of interests assessments and/or declarations performed and/or submitted by contractors and/or subcontractors as part of the above-mentioned projects.

Dear Ms Marchand,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 25 February 2025 under case number 2025/1090.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We were not able to send you the reply within the prescribed
time limit expired on 17 March 2025.
The extension of time limit is necessary because:
• the application concerns a very large number of documents;
• in order to retrieve the documents requested, large files have to be
examined;
• (part of) the documents requested originate from third parties, which
have been consulted.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [6]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 7 April 2025.
