Tenders - Modelling and carbon removal methodologies
Dear Climate Action,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
With regards to the following tenders awarded by DG CLIMA:
1) SI2.835870.2 - "SERVICE CONTRACT TO SUPPORT CLIMATE CHANGE MODELLING INFORMATION"
2) SI2.898336.1 AND SI2.898336.2 - "SUPPORT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF METHODOLOGIES FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF INDUSTRIAL CARBON REMOVALS WITH PERMANENT STORAGE"
3) SI2.907095.1 - "MODELLING CLIMATE POLICY IMPLEMENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE AGRICULTURE..."
I am requesting:
- Any Terms of Reference signed by contractors as part of the above-mentioned tender;
- Any study, report, analysis and document prepared by the contractors as part of the above-mentioned tenders;
- Notes and/or minutes of any meeting between the contractors and DG CILMA, in relation to the above-mentioned project;
- Correspondence in relation to the above-mentioned projects between DG CLIMA and the contractors
- List of subcontractors involved in the above-mentioned projects.
- Any document containing a full list of the above-mentioned project deliverables
- Conflict of interests assessments and/or declarations performed and/or submitted by contractors and/or subcontractors as part of the above-mentioned projects.

Hello,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 20.03.2025 under case number 2025/1592.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 10.04.2025.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 07.05.2025.
