1. The analysis made by the JRC and provided to DG Clima in July 2023 [as detailed in the letter of Alexandre Paquot to Tony Lowes Director of Friends of the Irish Environment [Ares(2023)6112689 - 08/09/2023]] of the methods and approaches used by member states for their 2023 GHGI submissions

2. Any observations subsequently made bilaterally after the DG Clima review to any or all of the member states.
