Trans national HEATH project E101
Dear Permanent Representation of UK to the EU,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
(1) The ‘satisfactory assessment’ of the HEATH Project [E101] by the Rights of Way Team (UK)
(2) The approval of the UK National Authority for closure [HEATH Project]
NOTE: The trans-national NW European HEATH Project ended 31 December 2008.
Yours faithfully,
Ian McNeil Cooke
Dear Sir,
Your access to documents request was received by the UK Permanent
Representation to the European Union. In your e-mail you refer to the
Access to Documents regime which affects the EU institutions, rather than
the UK Government. However, the documents you seek would appear to be UK
Government documents. In this case, it might be more appropriate to make
a Freedom of Information request to the relevant UK Government
Department. The project you refer to appears to have been funded under
the EU Interreg Programme, which in the UK is coordinated by the
Department for Communities and Local Government. You may therefore wish
to send a Freedom of Information request to
[1][email address].
Yours faithfully,
