Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council - internal markets in renewable and natural gases and in hydrogen framework
Dear Council of the European Union,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. For the Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council (Energy configuration) meeting of 25 October 2022:
– The full audio‑visual recordings (video and/or audio files) of the public policy debate on the proposals
COM(2021) 803: Proposal for a Directive on common rules for the internal markets in renewable and natural gases and in hydrogen (recast), and
COM(2021) 804: Proposal for a Regulation on the internal markets for renewable and natural gases and for hydrogen (recast);
– Any speaking lists or documents showing the order of interventions by ministers for that agenda item;
– Any verbatim or summary records of ministers’ interventions, if such documents exist.
2. For the Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council (Energy configuration) meeting of 19 December 2022:
– The full audio‑visual recordings (video and/or audio files) of any public session in which the Council discussed or took note of the progress on the same proposals (COM(2021) 803 and COM(2021) 804);
– Any speaking lists or documents showing the order of interventions by ministers for that agenda item;
– Any verbatim or summary records of ministers’ interventions, if such documents exist.
3. For the Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council (Energy configuration) meeting of 28 March 2023:
– The full audio‑visual recordings (video and/or audio files) of the public session in which the Council held its debate and adopted the general approach on the above‑mentioned proposals (COM(2021) 803 and COM(2021) 804);
– Any speaking lists or documents showing the order of interventions by ministers for that agenda item;
– Any verbatim or summary records of ministers’ interventions, if such documents exist.
