I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Travel expenses for Commissioner Hahn, Sep & Oct 2016'.

I filed the request (and another, which was treated the same and will be subject of a separate confirmatory application) on January 26 and have never received a reply, despite Reg 1049/2001 Article 7 being very clear that applications for access to a document need to be answered within 15 working days. Please submit a confirmation of receipt when you receive this confirmatory application. I'm looking forward to your decision within another 15 working days.

I'm saddened that this step is neccessary and that the Secretariat General seems to have decided to not follow their own rules in case of this request.
