I am submitting a formal complaint under both Regulation 1049/2001 and the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour on the failure to either acknowledge/register my request and the failure to respond within the stipulated time frames of Regulation 1049/2001.

I filed a request for the "travel expenses of Commissioner Hahn, for the period 1 November to 31 December 2016, as contained in the relevant mission summary fiches/settlement of mission expenses" on January 26, 2017, but never received a confirmation or a response to my request.

I kindly ask to receive an update about the status of my request at most within 10 working days.
