I am submitting a formal complaint under both Regulation 1049/2001 and the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour on the failure to either acknowledge/register my request and the failure to respond within the stipulated time frames of Regulation 1049/2001.

I look forward to receiving an update about the status of my request immediately and at most within 10 working days.

I still haven't heard anything from you on my request for information about travel expenses for Commissioner Junker for November and December 2016. I've not received an acknowledgement for my request, or an acknowledgement of my followup complaint.
