1049/2001, requesting access to “All 4-column tables related to the
trilogue meetings with the Council of the EU on the Proposal for a
Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on insurance
mediation (COM/2012/0360 final - 2012/0175 (COD)) [which became the
Directive (EU) 2016/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20
January 2016 on insurance distribution]”

please find all 18 negotiation tables (4-column documents) now available

Please note that each trilogue consists of three negotiation tables
(marked respectively with the dates of the corresponding trilogues). For
the trilogues of 13 April 2015 and 11 May 2015 the same negotiation tables
were used.
