Trilogue documents pertaining the revised Drinking Water Directive
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents pertaining the revised Drinking Water Directive as adopted by the Commission on 16 December 2020 pursuant to the Right2Water ECI, in particular the following documents:
Trilogue documents (the four-column document), in-house communications, minutes, notes and reports produced by the legislature in adopting the revised Drinking Water Directive;
All documents in relation to interactions with lobbyists;
All correspondence between the legislature in adopting the revised Drinking Water Directive.
